
Dr. Hayek is the founder of Western Reserve Heart Care. He is board certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Disease, Echocardiography, and Nuclear Cardiology. He has been in private practice since 2002, specializing in the care of coronary artery disease, heart failure, valvular heart disease, and cardiovascular imaging.
Dr. Hayek completed medical school and residency at The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and his cardiology fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation. He is an assistant professor of medicine at Northeastern Ohio Universities College of Medicine.

Dr. Duffy is a native of Ireland, and completed his medical education and internship at National University in Galway and his internal medicine fellowship at Duke University in North Carolina.
His cardiology and interventional cardiology fellowships both took place in the Cleveland Clinic’s Department of Cardiovascular Medicine.
Dr. Duffy is board certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Disease, Interventional Cardiology and Nuclear Cardiology, and is a member of the Royal College of Physicians of Ireland.

Dr. Kaminski is a native of Northeast Ohio and grew up on Cleveland’s west side in North Olmsted. He completed his undergraduate studies at Case Western Reserve University and also received his Doctorate of Medicine from Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine. He completed his internship and residency in Internal Medicine at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston before completing a fellowship in cardiovascular medicine at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation.
Dr. Kaminski is board certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Disease, Echocardiography, Cardiac CT and Vascular Ultrasound. His practice interests include coronary artery disease, heart failure, valvular heart disease, atrial fibrillation, and cardiovascular imaging.

Dr. Stephens is a native of Canton, and received his medical education at the Medical University of Ohio and his internship and residency at the University of Michigan. He did his cardiovascular disease and interventional cardiology fellowships at the William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, Michigan, where he was the chief cardiology fellow from 2006-2007.
Dr. Stephens is board certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Disease, Interventional Cardiology and Nuclear Cardiology, and is a member of the American College of Physicians and the American College of Cardiology.
